This page explains the app data Rinse expects to store for accounts, requests, offers, bookings, payments, verification, reviews, notifications, analytics, and support.
We store account details such as email, name, phone, selected role, profile photo, saved addresses, garage vehicles, setup progress, notification records, and support messages.
Clean requests can include vehicle details, addresses, timing, service choices, dirtiness level, notes, exterior and interior photos, offer history, booking status, cancellation status, reviews, and audit events.
Detailer onboarding can include business profile details, operating modes, service areas, workshop coordinates, work photos, ID documents, selfies, vehicle or workshop proof, availability, and manual review notes.
Rinse stores payment method references, processor references, payment status, refund status, payout ledger entries, payout batches, and support context. Full card data is handled by the payment processor, not stored directly by Rinse.
We use this data to authenticate users, match requests to eligible detailers, price and compare offers, process payments, manage payouts, send notifications, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and improve the product.
We keep marketplace records while needed for operations, legal, finance, safety, support, and audit purposes. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form, subject to records we must keep.
